I recently stayed at the Beyazit Palace Hotel in Istanbul, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a traditional Turkish feel. What really stood out was the friendly service; the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. And the rooftop terrace? Absolutely stunning views of Istanbul!
We had a lovely stay here, the hotel manager Sanar was very accommodating and helpful. Our breakfast was amazing, lots of variety. Nigora, the chef makes a delicious pshe(fried bread) and was kind enough to share her recipe with mum! Vefa in the restaurant was also very helpful and kind. Overall an amazing stay with great service and very lovely staff, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the city centre of Istanbul!!! Thank you Beyazit palace!! Worst experience ever. Definetely not a 4star hotel. 2star at most would be more fair. Tiny rooms, creaking floors, noisy neighbourhood, tiny showers. On the first day the elevator was not working, second day we had no electricity and 3rd day no electricity or elevator. Had to climb the floor through the stairs and carry the bags. Also had to use stairs for the restaurant on the top floor. Booked it becauce of the location and was not cheap but in the end I am hugely disappointed. Please do yourself a sake and LOOK for ALTERNATIVES. DO NOT BOOK.
