I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beyond Patong, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The service was exceptional - the staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Zeery and Chitlada, who offered great service and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were great, perfectly appointed and clean. But the real highlight was the rooftop pool, which offered an amazing view that was simply breathtaking. And the best part? The beach is just a short walk away, making it the perfect location for those who want to spend their days soaking up the sun and sand. Overall, I highly recommend Beyond Patong to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Phuket.

It truly made our time there feel even more magical. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist and ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect – just a short distance from the vibrant Patong Beach, but tucked away enough for some peace and quiet. There is 7/11 in front of the hotel to buy any item you forgot to bring. There is a very wide variety of places to eat nearby, places to exchange money, laundry and shopping. We highly recommend Beyond Patong for anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing retreat. It was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Beyond Patong Beach hotel was truly disappointing, especially with cleanliness, service, and accessibility. We have booked four rooms and cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. There were cockroaches in the room and a strong moldy odor throughout our stay and the only way to lessen the odor was to keep the air conditioning running continuously, which isn’t ideal. The curtains also had a foul smell, adding to the discomfort. Towels had an unpleasant odor, and to my shock, I witnessed housekeeping using the same towel to wipe the wash basin, hairdresser, and side tables completely unhygienic. The floors were never properly cleaned and were constantly covered in dust balls and visible stains. Service was equally disappointing. Despite requesting connected rooms in advance due to traveling with children, our request was disregarded with no explanation or effort to accommodate. Accessibility was another issue. Certain areas of the hotel have no elevators, which made it incredibly difficult for families like us with children, elderly , or anyone with luggage to move around and caused extra frustration and physically exhaustion.
