Beyond Samui

A fantastic, child-friendly hotel with lovely, spacious, and pleasantly clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice 👌 A beautiful, large pool with a stunning sea view. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who make you feel truly welcome. The massage therapists were also very kind especially to the kids. The location was also perfect for us, on Chaweng Beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops! We had a wonderful time!

I’m from Singapore n here for a week stay. Service at de BF was excellent but food wise only can do. May at de reception was doing an extra mile by helping me to do a bdae cake delivery through her delivery apps for my husband bdae yesterday. Room maid Nan was fast n efficient when doing housekeeping, making sure to top up all needed in de room. Though is not a posh n new hotel, we’re comfortable with our stay. Thanks to de Beyond Samui Team for de thought & effort on my hubby bdae.

They spoiled our whole staying experience at the checkout. Accusing us of stealing things they never placed in our rooms in the first place, as pity as disposable slippers, and made us pay extra hefty charges for the same. Above all, the staff doesn't even speak English properly so you can't even communicate the problem. Its terribly difficult to convey anything to them. Also, while our checkout time was 12pm, their cleaning staff kept entering our rooms without permission since 10am itself. When told to wait, they'll simply utter "call reception". They won't understand a single thing you say. We had to checkout 1hr early because their cleaning staff kept on standing at the door and looking at us to move our luggage. It was absolutely pathetic. While the property is good, they are least considerate in treating their guests right and entirely alien to catering to our needs. If you call front desk or housekeeping, the phone will keep ringing for eternity and nobody picks up ever. I tried this several times on multiple days but always disappointed. Ultimately I had to walk to the reception myself always. Even if they had picked up ever, they would never-never understand what you're trying to convey. While I understand its their land, but its a 4-star hotel, with only foreigners staying at the property. Its the least they can do to employ any local person who speaks English.
