We stayed at Hotel Caballero on Playa de Palma and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff was super friendly, the entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, the pool was perfect, and the food – outstanding! Every evening we enjoyed seafood, paella, and a huge variety of dishes. The location is great – close to the city center, in a pedestrian area, just a few minutes from Palma, and the bus stop is right nearby. Highly recommended – we’re truly impressed!🏝️
Friendly staff, excellent food, excellent service, phenomenal hotel, excellent rooms, excellent hygiene. The food is varied and excellent. I am very satisfied with the hotel. The only small complaint is the worse wi-fi, although you have cheap packages with a lot of gigabytes from Mibi Matter, so that can be solved too. All praise and the next time I come, I will definitely stay in this hotel again
Overall, it's a pleasant hotel. Friendly staff, good food, and a nice pool. The biggest drawback, though, and one that shouldn't be there, is the ladies cleaning the stairs and hallways early in the morning, around 6-7 AM, making a lot of noise. It would be nice if they did it gently and quietly, but they were incredibly loud. The hotel walls are thin, and if someone talks loudly in the next room, you can hear them, not to mention banging on the walls. However, throughout my seven-night stay, I was woken up by annoying noise every morning.
