Big thanks to Mr. Tony, Felix, Juan and rest of the crew from the restaurant for making sure I always got my gluten free meals. Everything was super well organized and reliable. Really appreciate the effort – you guys made my stay so much easier. I can recommend that hotel to every gluten free person - full professional
Beautiful hotel and so glad we picked this. Easily a 4 star. Decor is lovely. Clearly a classy hotel upon entry. Welcome drinks would have been a nice touch however. Staff are great. Food and drinks are brilliant. Not your typical all inclusive for sure. Nor are the cocktails. For us it was the best food on an all inclusive we've had (& cocktails!). Maybe some more labelling on the food would have been helpful, but pool area is lovely with a well serviced pool side bar. Plenty of sun beds available so there wasn't any issues there. If you're staying in Alcudia I can't recommend this hotel enough. Local area isn't for us so doubt we'll come back to Majorca but if we did we'd definitely stay here again.
The staff are brilliant and are probably the only reason this hotel is still a 4 star. Cleanliness, maintenance and quality of food / drinks was not great. Stayed here for 8 nights. Room layout was very poor (couldn't open fridge door fully or wardrobe door without moving furniture?). Air con was stuck on the lowest setting and could only turn it off or leave it at low. Some plug sockets in room didn't work. By day two our room had ants coming in from the bathroom? (Room 412 so level 4) Although the cleaners resolved this quickly it's still not something you would expect from a 4 star. No a la carte, just chips and burgers you can order from the snack menu between lunch and dinner. Although staff were trying their best, the pool didn't not seem to keep clean - layer of oil/dirt formed on the top of the edge closest to the pool bar by midday. Cocktails were weak, and staff weren't trained on how to pour a beer so half of the cup would be foam. Not enough sunbeds for the hotel when at maximum capacity. Again, not enough seats in the evening during entertainment in the evening. Entertainment was hit and miss, some nights great, some nights poor. Near a beach, can easily get a bus or taxi to alcudia town or port. Overall although the hotel looks great as you walk in, but facilities, cleanliness, rooms and quality of food and drinks need to be worked on. The staff are amazing and you can tell they're trying their best with what they have.
