I came from the airport by bus number 10 to the stop Bar. Fenix AV España 101, and from there I went down the street, literally 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is located on the first coastline, right behind the hotel there is a promenade for walking and the seashore… The girl at the reception quickly processed the paperwork and checked me in. My room was 805, the windows didn't look at the sea, but at the road, and there was no noise from the cars coming. The neighbors were not audible, however, if they spoke loudly in the hallway, it could be heard in the room. But even the conversation of the service personnel in the hallway did not irritate me. But the nicest one was the room cleaner. Unfortunately, she didn't understand English and even if there was a “do not disturb” red card on the door, she still knocked, quickly went into the bathroom and changed my towel and shower accessories 😅 It seemed to me that she did not understand why there was a Red Card hanging on the door 😂. But she cleaned everything so thoroughly that criticism was extremely inappropriate, a very nice woman. Special thanks to the chef. I really liked the breakfasts. Not far from the hotel, literally 30 m walk away, there is a staircase that you can use to get to the castle and to the port, literally 15:20 minutes walk. There are a huge number of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, in a word, I liked everything. P.S. There is one peculiarity: there is a safe in the room. But the key to the safe is at the reception and to pick it up you need to pay for it. I paid 18 € for four days.

We are currently staying at the hotel and would like to share some honest feedback based on our experience so far. The hotel is clearly a bit dated, and this is noticeable in the condition of the furniture—edges are worn and, in some places, swollen from moisture. This gives the impression that the rooms haven’t been renovated in quite some time. Another issue we’ve noticed is the poor sound insulation. We can hear our neighbors and their television quite clearly, which affects our ability to rest. Our room is also located right next to the elevator, and unfortunately, the sound of it moving is very noticeable from inside the room. The bathroom becomes quite wet after showering, as water doesn’t stay confined to the shower area. Also, there’s no kettle in the room, which we found inconvenient. The pillows provided are not very comfortable, which has made it harder for us to sleep well. In terms of service, we’ve found that the reception staff rarely greet guests as they walk by, which feels a bit impersonal. At the bar, service doesn’t approach guests proactively—we’ve had to go up ourselves to place an order. We booked a half-board package, but drinks at dinner are not included, which was unexpected. Additionally, we haven’t received a welcome drink, even though it was mentioned in the booking. We hope this feedback is helpful and will be taken into consideration, as we believe that with some improvements, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Very disappointing experience upon arrival! I arrived early at Hotel Nautico Ebeso in Ibiza, fully understanding that my room might not be ready yet. However, the way I was treated by the receptionist was completely unacceptable. Rather than offering a friendly welcome or allowing me to wait comfortably in the lobby — as many other hotels do — he told me quite bluntly that I was not a guest yet and had to leave the premises until check-in time at 2 PM. He stood in front of me like a bouncer, not a hospitality professional, and his tone and attitude were extremely rude and unwelcoming. I felt like I was being kicked out — not the way anyone should be treated, especially when you’ve already paid for your stay. If I could have cancelled my reservation and received a refund, I absolutely would have. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option, so I’m stuck here. But I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. Customer service matters — and this hotel clearly doesn’t understand that.
