I had an amazing experience staying at BH appart hotel in Casablanca! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Special thanks to Mohammed Belkouchia. Mohammed is very humble and nice. He took care of everything. Whenever I needed something, he always helped me be it kitchen stuff, different kinds of breakfast. The apartment was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and transport links, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring the apartment remained spotless throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local spots, or providing anything needed in the room. The 24/7 reception service was also a great convenience. Overall, hotel offers the perfect blend of hotel luxury and apartment-style comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca for business or leisure. Looking forward to my next stay!

I stayed at the BH Appart Hotel for a business trip. Initially, I faced a few issues with the room, and it had to be changed a few times, but in the end, it was well managed by the front desk staff. The hotel manager, Abdellah Nasraoui, went above and beyond to help me by driving his own car when I had to walk 300m to another hotel for work, especially since it was raining. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and caring towards each guest, providing a 5-star hotel experience. Abdellah was available at all times and greeted all guests with his warm smile and hospitality! Well done to your team, and thank you for the great hospitality.

I stayed at the hotel 4 nights. I have made my reservation due to comments but unfortunately I could not find what I expected from the comments. When we checked in the room, bed quilts were dirty and the room lack by slippers. Also bathroom ground was not well cleaned. When you compare the room with daily prices, it is not affordable for me. Reception desk persons and breakfast servers were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts also were fine.
