Had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect. Great value for money — highly recommended! Ronak was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. He truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Big thanks to him for making our experience so smooth and enjoyable!

Food is good and Mr.Rohit is taking care of customer in restaurant is good experience. But house keeping and room service is not that much satisfaction. Needs improvement for room service. Location view is nice and relaxing. Thank you

Extremely disappointing palace hotel experience This was supposed to be a highlight of our Udaipur trip, but turned out to be the worst part. Multiple serious issues that ruined our stay: Basic Amenities Missing: No towels provided in rooms No hand towels available No hot water - only lukewarm water available No proper place to dry clothes, no balcony Maintenance Issues: All lifts have terrible stinking odors Poor overall maintenance for a "palace" hotel Service Problems: Laundry service takes 3 days (ridiculous for short stays) Unprofessional staff who mislabeled oyster sauce dish as vegetarian and argued when corrected Inappropriate Facilities: Shared bathroom marked "common for men and women" where you can see men using urinals as soon as you open the door - completely inappropriate
