Beautiful View & Relaxing Stay The view is amazing—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and enjoyable. Would love to see extra face towels and tissues in the room. However, mosquitoes were quite a disturbance at night. Better mosquito control would really improve the stay. Great place overall.

My stay was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the wonderful service at reception. The person who assisted me, Pam, was incredibly kind, charming, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt well taken care of. It was an absolute pleasure interacting with her, and her warm demeanor truly made my day. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and saying hi again! If you want outstanding service, look no further. She deserves a perfect 10!

I stayed at Bhundari Residence for 3 days and 2 nights on 9-11 May. The view was lovely — definitely the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. The room was located uphill, which made it inconvenient to walk to, especially when it rained. I had high hopes since the place is advertised as newly renovated, but the room felt outdated. Some things were broken, and there were cockroaches and even a centipede inside — something I’ve never experienced before, even in villas near forested areas. The room really needs a deep clean, and there was visible mold on the curtains. One issue that really bothered me was when the cleaning lady came to my room. She knocked very lightly (I barely heard it), and then immediately tried to open the door without waiting for a response. I assume she thought the room was empty, but guests should be given a chance to respond before someone tries to enter. Overall, while the setting has potential, the cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to guest privacy need serious improvement.
