Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary during our honeymoon in Bhutan earlier this year. It is a magnificent property with beautiful views and spacious rooms. We were immediately mesmerized by the architecture upon arriving and how peaceful the atmosphere was. The manager is very attentive and makes sure you have everything that you need. They offer a large variety of teas and I made sure to try a new one each meal. There are also a bunch of amenities and activities that are included with your stay, including a hot stone herbal bath, massages, sound healing, a consultation with a doctor trained in traditional Bhutanese medicine, and more. We would have loved to do the Bhutanese cooking class here if we had more time. At the beginning of your stay when you first check in, they take a photo of you and print it on real Bhutan stamps that they gift to you when you check out. This was such a sweet and personal touch. Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary was the final hotel of our honeymoon trip and we could not have asked for a better place to end it.

Wonderful spacious room and bathroom with excellent view down the valley. Peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Excellent service throughout - in reception, dining and the spa. Amazing massages. The all - inclusive model and high quality of service made our stay very relaxing and spoiling.
