Bibione Palace Hotel

We have enjoyed our family stay here in full. The hotel is modern, rooms are clean, all services offered - very good. We have been traveling with our kids (6 and 2+2) and our grandparents. We have had family suit with two separate yet connected rooms, which provides us close connection, yet enough privacy for everyone. Children beds, chairs etc.. all was offered for free. We also liked the (big) offer of free bikes, strollers, etc.. Also the program for children was offered. The hotel is "in the first line" so to the beach it is literally only couple of minutes. And if you want to stay in pool- there is also one for adults and one (with warm water - Excellent and thanks for this!! ) for small kids as well. Parking in garage is offered as well. We were very satisfied.

We stayed in rooms 418 and 319 and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what really made our stay exceptional was the incredible restaurant staff. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Elio — without a doubt one of the best waiters we’ve ever met. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail create a special atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued. Thank you also to Mr. Michele, Dominik, and the kind and graceful ladies from the restaurant (whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch) — your hospitality made every meal a pleasure. We’re also grateful to the bar team — especially the gentleman who spoke Polish, which was a lovely surprise — as well as the reception staff, who were always friendly and helpful. Every member of the team, including housekeeping and the gardening crew, greeted us with genuine smiles, which made us feel right at home. The pool area is fantastic, everything is spotless, and the food is delicious. We were especially impressed by the activities for children, even outside the main season. Bibione is a charming place for a family holiday, and the hotel’s underground parking is spacious and secure — perfect for peace of mind. Let’s start off with the pros. Great location with easy access to the private part of the beach. Staff is super friendly and very helpful with everything. The underground parking is great and you can unload all your stuff on the trolley and use the elevator to go straight to the floor you are staying on. The chat that’s at if very helpful and the staff tries to answer all your questions as soon as they can before booking and arrival. The food was good. Different varieties everyday. The wait staff is great! We had the half board…breakfast and dinner. The activities for kids was good for the kids. There are 2 spots for electric cars to charge at decent rates. Plenty of bikes to borrow. You get fresh beach towels everyday or as needed as long as you trade in your old ones. Pretty close to the main road so the family can walk there and wonder around. We were there for 1 week and never used the car…just walked or biked around. Cleaning service came everyday. And now the cons….. For a 4 star hotel I expected bigger rooms. The air conditioning was ok…really never got cold cold. It almost seemed like it was centralized. All the hall windows were opened so the hotel itself never really got cold. Overall we had a good experience here. I would recommend it if you had small kids and don’t want the fuss of have to pack the family up to go to the beach in the morning….having to wait until everyone is ready to go. Worry about bathrooms….hotel is only 100m away. If one kid doesn’t like the ocean, can go to the pool without the whole family having to pack up. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great because the kids just picked what they wanted to eat and got to try new things.
