⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ | An Unforgettable Luxury Experience If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. Every detail of my stay was impeccable—from the warm, welcoming staff to the stunning decor and world-class amenities. This hotel redefines luxury. I felt genuinely special throughout my visit. The service was not just professional, but deeply thoughtful. Whether it was the personalized touches in the room, the exceptional dining, or the serene spa experience, everything was designed to exceed expectations. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a beautiful experience I’ll never forget. I can’t wait to return!
Update: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially as a family with a young child. While the prices are enormously high, the quality and service fully match the standard. After a noisy first night due to nearby clubs, the staff immediately offered us a quieter room with a complimentary upgrade — the rest of our stay was peaceful and relaxing. If you're traveling as a couple, the noise might not be an issue — but with children, definitely request a quiet room in advance. The noise is truly a serious issue, which is a shame for the entire resort. The hotel is incredibly child-friendly, with daily activities and attentive childcare from age four onward. The staff throughout the entire property is friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the food — every restaurant was delicious. We frequently went to Alaçatı by taxi — it’s just a short ride and offers a wide variety of restaurants and dining options. Overall, a great place to truly unwind as a family. We would come back!
A hotel that prioritizes appearance over substance. Yes, the place is beautiful — BUT… the service is absolutely terrible. The staff barely speaks any English; I had to repeat myself five times just to be understood. We arrived before our friends, yet they were checked into our room first due to a mix-up. There was no ironing board or iron in the room — not a big deal, but certainly not what you expect at this price point. I was also shocked by the room layout: the toilet is literally positioned right across from the head of the bed — a true masterpiece of engineering. 😂 The prices are insane. I paid €34 for three scoops of ice cream. The food was mediocre at best, and for €600, we barely ate anything worth remembering. They don’t even replace cutlery between courses. Even in the smallest details — like cookies served with coffee — they somehow managed to mess it up by giving them to only some people at the table. Waiters constantly forget your requests and rarely follow through. We even asked for flowers to be placed in the room ahead of time, which they completely ignored. The beach is tiny, and during peak times it gets so overcrowded that it’s nearly impossible to enjoy. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi is practically useless — it’s slow, unstable, and can’t even load basic pages. In a hotel this expensive, you’d expect at least a working internet connection. I’m not trying to promote anything, but after staying at Swissôtel in the past, I now truly understand what real European service is — and what a sad, overpriced imitation looks like, masked behind trimmed bushes and stylish exteriors.
