We had the most wonderful time at Low Head Tourist Park! The owners are welcoming and lovely, the park is pet friendly, the amenities are clean, great camp kitchen with an oven, separate BBQ area with 6-burner, 35min scenic walk to George Town main strip, and 1hr walk to Low Head lighthouse. Nice central location! Highly recommended; we cannot wait to come back and stay there again real soon!
Craig was very welcoming from the second we walked into the door. He was very informative about all the local attractions and restaurants. The park is very clean, the amenities especially. Lots of space, beautiful views of the water. Added bonus it’s nice and peaceful at night. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in TAS! Thank you Craig!
We love this little park. The owners are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean with good water pressure. The location is handy to the Lighthouse at Low Head, The Pilot Station and Museum, beaches, Mount George Lookout, wineries and Georgetown. Some sites have water views.
