Unforgettable stay. Kids-friendly hotel, with tons of activities, kids-friendly meal. Spacious areas, with small pool which I personally like to be easier to monitor the kids. Well-maintained gym and sauna service. Spacious family suite with nice mountain view, clean bathroom and delicious complimentary snacks. Small surprise at night with a special note and cookies. Overall recommended hotel and nice stay.

Bigland Hotel Bogor is located in a fairly strategic area, although it’s tucked a bit inside a residential neighborhood. On the bright side, this provides a quieter and more peaceful environment compared to hotels located on main roads. The hotel is conveniently close to Pakuan University and just a short walk from one of Bogor’s well-known and bustling coffee shops. The lobby area is quite unique, as it is located in the basement—definitely something different from most hotels. The room was decent and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. Overall, Bigland is a recommended option for anyone looking for accommodation in Bogor City.

It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and since she lives out of town and wanted to spend a bit more time with me, she booked a night at Bigland. The hotel was simple, but everything was easy and convenient, just enough to make the day feel special. The lobby had a very specific scent (not a bad one, just distinct). The kind of scent that sticks in your memory. I know if I ever come across it again it’ll take me right back to that day with her. Our room was in a quiet corner and the long hallways were always empty. it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room had a small balcony you could open for a fee, which we laughed about. The lighting was a bit dim but it only made things feel cozier. We spent the day watching a trashy movie, throwing out even trashier comments, and laughing more than we probably should’ve. I loved hearing her laugh and sitting close beside her, letting time slow down just a little. When I left she told me the pillow still smelled like me, said she hugged it while she slept that night. Sometimes, it’s the simplest places that hold the best memories.
