Beautiful location, with good facilities. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. There is a pool available with attached sauna you can reserve for free at the reception! Besides, they also made our dog feel welcome which was really nice.
The service ether hotel is just fine and the rooms are quite nice, but at €300 per night (including €35 for the dog) I feel it is fairly overpriced. The indoor swimming pool is tiny and rather chilly and as it was October the room was quite cold too but hard to warm. It is not much of a family hotel, it has more of a business feel to it. The surroundings of the hotel are great thoughv! It's really located in a beautiful piece of Holland!
The service at reception was a big negative surprise. The heating did not work and the room was cold. They did not provide explanation why another room was not available for change, whereas it was early check in time. The manager ignored our presence and communicated only through receptionist.
