Bilem Hotel Beach & Spa

I'm here now and the place is clean and tidy. it has a very good breakfast choice different thing most days. the staff are all very friendly and helpful really nice hotel located next to all you need ,sun ,sea plenty in the area to do plenty of places to eat and drink and shop I would recommend this hotel. i will definitely be returning 👌

We stayed as a couple for two nights at the hotel. After a long six-hour drive, we arrived feeling quite exhausted, only to find that our initial room had an unpleasant, unidentifiable smell, hair in the bathtub, and no handle to close the bathroom door. The curtains also let in far too much light, making it difficult to sleep. We contacted reception, and they kindly asked us to come by in the morning to arrange a room change. At around 2 PM the next day, we were moved to a new room of the same type, but recently renovated—and it made a world of difference. The space felt more open, fresh, and much more comfortable. The beach club was another highlight of our stay. The setting was beautiful and incredibly relaxing, with comfortable mattresses to lounge on. We ordered drinks, a falafel salad, and a cheese pizza, all of which were delicious and of excellent quality. The staff at the beach club were friendly and attentive, which helped improve our overall impression after the rocky start. A special thank you to Ömer and Yusuf at reception—they were extremely helpful, accommodating our requests and answering our questions with genuine warmth and professionalism. We also enjoyed some pleasant conversations with them during our stay. Their assistance made a big difference and is truly appreciated.

There’s nothing wrong with the food, but the service is inhumane. It takes at least half an hour just to bring the menu, and more than an hour to prepare the food. Even the simplest dishes took at least an hour and a half to arrive. Some of them were already cold, and sometimes the staff wasn’t even around the restaurant. However, the reception staff are kind and helpful.
