Wonderful stay, mesmerizing view from hotel room. Friendly and helpful Staff. Being vegetarian family Staff made us feel special and very comfortable by preparing vegetarian delicacies for us. Specially Rashid, Ibrahim and Jasmine took very good care of all our requirements and queries throughout our stay. All sorts of sports, kids play area and water park accessible to people staying at Bilgah definitely recommend people not to miss their stay at Bilgah.

Bilgah Beach Hotel is in a fantastic location and boasts beautiful, meticulously designed interiors that create a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor is truly impressive, adding to the overall appeal of the resort. However, I was disappointed to find that many of the amenities you’d expect at a beach resort were not available. The outdoor pool, beach access, and water park were all closed during my stay, which limited the resort experience significantly. Additionally, while the food quality was good, the lunch and dinner menus felt a bit overpriced. It’s a nice place, but without the full range of facilities, it didn’t quite meet my expectations as a beach resort.

Hotel with a great location and good private beach. The breakfast is ok but the rooms need some maintenance. For example, fabric on the sofa was burned, taps full of limestone deposits, no bidet and electrical curtain doesn’t operate properly. Breakfast is ok but not amazing. The staff needs regular and proper training also language wise (does not understand what lactose free is)…it is important they know that some guests and have allergies….Some staff does not have a drivers licence and do valet service….i think the general manager should really guide and help his staff to keep on maintaining the reputation of the hotel.
