One of the security guards (important: just one in particular, not the others at all) seems to base her decisions on her mood rather than any consistent policy. At times, you’re waved through without being asked to go through the X-ray scanner. At others, you’re stopped and required to do so, depending entirely on the topic at hand. It’s the kind of arbitrary inconsistency, small mindedness and ineptitude you wouldn’t encounter in any properly managed hotel. Funny enough, even the security desks in rundown old fashioned shopping arcade awaiting demolition tend to show more consistency. She appears to have missed the memo on doing a job properly or not at all… The internet is appalling, so bad it brings back memories of the screeching dial-up tones from the 1990s. While that sound might have sparked excitement back then, in 2025 it’s just infuriating. At the Mediterranean restaurant, some of the waiters are genuinely excellent, while others don’t even seem to know what’s on the menu. I ordered a drink only to be told, “We don’t have that.” When I mentioned I had it just yesterday, the waiter responded, “Let me check.” When food is ordered poolside, it gets passed through the bushes by one waiter to another. Amusing to watch, perhaps, but hardly what you’d expect from a supposedly 5 star hotel. As for the male poolside waiter, you’ll often find him hanging around the bar, either gossiping with a guest for up to 50 minutes (yes, I timed it), or chatting with another staff member while watching the pool. Frankly, if you owned the hotel, you wouldn’t behave so leisurely. All in all, if you’re content with 3 star standards, this hotel might just meet your expectations.A handful of staff members are genuinely attentive and go extra mile. But if you’re hoping for a true 5 star experience, you’re likely to be disappointed. The hotel suffers from poor management and a striking inconsistency, withh some staff performing brilliantly while others fall far short. Consistency, integrity, and professionalism are where the hotel falls shortest. On a side note, I’ve also heard that their wedding events are far from impressive. Mediocrity seems to run through every aspect of the hotel..

I chose to stay at this hotel just because it has a pool and it is a bit out of town, we thought it would be peaceful accommodation. I could not be more wrong. I called them before booking the room. They said that we can use the pool. When we came to the hotel, they said that we could only use the pool till 4.30 because of a wedding, our checkin was at 2.00. Anyway, we could only use the pool a limited amount of time. But the worst thing is we could not stay at our room because of the noise. Our room is in front of the ceremony and it is not possible to stay in our room. I don't know how can we sleep.

I didn‘t liked it! Some Services were good but mostly they were not caring about you! Also one day no cleaning service came and also one day I ordered some food and they came to the hotelreception and asking to call us to come downstairs to pick it up, but qe didn‘t got a call (they said: because the phone is not working) and the food went back! I payed it anyways, for nothing! Just the Pool is ok but everything else was bad.
