Excellent stay in Kazan for the world cup. Location is great. Near the start of the Baumana Street, a nice walk to the Kremlin in Kazan. Comfortable and cozy rooms and nice linen. Bathroom with all the toys: shaving cream, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner.
Although I didn't stay here, I walked in and asked for help regarding a tour I had booked, not through them. The lady at the front desk spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. Thanks!
New hotel with contemporary lobby and room design. Clean. Very friendly personnel. Very good in-house sweets are served for breakfast. Breakfast is not very good - I didn't like sausages and omelet, overall selection is rather poor for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast area is very small. I can imagine it will be heavily overcrowded in high season. Orange juice tasted like it was made from powder and water. However, coffee and in-house sweets were quite good. The corner room with two windows did not have enough curtains to prevent the sun from waking me up at 5:30 AM.
