Excellent service!. Much better than expected, since we didn’t know this hotel. (This is a 4/5 ⭐️hotel) Our room was beautiful and bed super comfy. we had bathrobes and slippers, safety box and a small beverage fridge in our room ( just to name a few). When we arrived to the hotel the first time, they received us with a sweet treat and offered us complementary cocktails🍹. We dined in twice at the Hotel restaurant, and had a nice time enjoying delicious meals and the restaurant atmosphere/vibe. Hotel is well located between walking distance to Amterdam Plaza, and Tesoro shopping centers (AKA: malls). …We recommend this hotel: rating 5⭐️
Beyond 5 Stars – The Binn Hotel Has W & 1 Hotel Miami Vibes My husband and I have traveled the world for over 15 years, staying in some of the most talked-about hotels—and nothing compares to The Binn Hotel in Medellín. This place gives serious W Hotel and 1 Hotel Miami energy, with next-level elegance, comfort, and service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff met us at the car with umbrellas when it was drizzling—true VIP service. The room was not only spotless and stylish, but smartly designed, with a dining table (not the usual couch setup), and the bedding? 100% goose down and 100% Egyptian cotton. We were asleep in 10 minutes flat. And the food? We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was easily the best meal of our lives—and we've eaten everywhere from Paris to Santorini. We stayed at a 5-star Marriott prior to here, and it wasn’t even in the same league. If I could give The Binn 20 stars, I would. Don’t miss this place—it’s Medellín’s best-kept secret.
Poor service and noisy rooms – never again! We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, but the experience was terrible from start. The reception staff were unfriendly and uninterested in helping. The rooms we were given faced a busy road, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. This is certainly not what we as Europeans expect when making a VIP booking. The standard was nowhere near worth the price. I will never book this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
