The hotel service was very friendly and fast, making my stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — highly recommended for both holidays and business trips. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff were very helpful and always served with a smile. During my stay in room 1307, while my friend stayed in 1309, I was very pleased with the housekeeping staff named Afandi — he always greeted me with a smile every day. Thank you, my holiday was truly memorable, and I will definitely come back next year.

Our stay at the Resort was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to decorate our room for our special occasion. Our H/K Kevin always left a little something on our bed with a friendly little note “Have a Nice Day”. Everyone at the Resort were very friendly and ready to help with any request. The buffet breakfast was awesome with so many options to choose from. The Wharf Restaurant also did not disappoint. To capture that sunset while dining, was spectacular. At first, I was a bit alarmed by some of the negative reviews about the hotel, saying it was completely outdated, that the food portions were too small, or that it deserved at most three stars. After staying there for a week, I really cannot confirm any of that. Of course, five stars in Indonesia are not the same as five stars in Europe—that’s clear. But at all times I experienced a very clean hotel with a good pool, a clean beach, very friendly staff, plenty of food, and spacious rooms. Admittedly, the rooms shown on Booking are noticeably larger than the actual rooms, but for the price it is absolutely worth it. I can truly recommend it.
