Bio Hotel Panorama

Truly a hidden gem. You know you like a hotel when you extend your stay with a couple of nights. And I did! Why? The rooms are amazing, the view is a vacation in itself (get one of the rooms with a balcony!), the staff is superfriendly, and the kitchen... I want to marry all of the dishes. All organic, everything made fresh. If I hadn't found this hotel online, I would probably have driven past it. But I sought it out because it is allergy friendly. And this is super important to me, because my allergies are severe. Here, I felt safe. - they use no chemical cleaning products - All soap and bathing products are organic - even the soft carpet in the hallway is pure wool - the duvets are feather, but they have synthetic bedding available upon request - the meals are altered to accomodate my food sensitivities. Then a little more about the restaurant. They work with local organic farmers, and have their own garden on site. And wow, it shows. Yesterday I had a fresh pasta with wild herbs pesto. With an edible flower. Not just for decoration, oh no no! It added to the subtle taste. Then lightly sauteed vegetables with lamb and rice. And a freshly made mint-lime sorbet. And when I say fresh, I mean like it came straight from the garden. Oh, and this is included in the room price. So is breakfast, and tea with cake at 4pm. Can I just live here? PS Please make sure to make a reservation in advance, as this hotel is popular and often fully booked, even off-season.
