5 stars hands down. The service was superlative, the facilities perfectly on point and finally breakfast products are exactly as you would expect them: wonderful. The kindness of the staff has overwhelmed my family and we felt home from the start. Heated flooring and and large windows with views of Innichen and surroundings makes waking up in this flats a pleasure. P.S. as proof of how welcoming they are: when we got there it was heavily snowing and on the way to the place we got a small rock stuck between the wheel and the disc brake of our car. The owner came down from the stables (7pm) and immediately proposed to bring the car in his workshop. After removing the wheel and getting rid of the issue, he showed us to our apartment. Not sure you can get a better service elsewhere. 10/10!

Wonderful, clean, freshly renovated apartment. The playground for the kids wasn't quite complete, but they'd made good progress in the week we were there. There aren't a tonne of animals, and you'll likely need to ask the farmer to see them. The morning bread and milk service was great and always on time and fresh.
