The proprietor was more than 5 star worthy. This Americans confusion about access and parking were graciously met with a smiling proprietor, who assured us that she'd be happy to help with anything else we needed, just give a call. The two bedroom apt was very nice but the proprietor made this a hotel we'll return to anytime we're near.

Overall loved the hotel and experience and plan to stay again. Stayed in the Suite for a week while visiting family. It was great, like having your own apartment for a week. The suite was great with plenty of room to relax, our favorite parts was having our own kitchen which allowed us to make the food we wanted without having to go out to a restaurant every day. The location is great and right across the street from public transport. The price was very reasonable for everything that we got for our stay. The only caution I would give is for visitors looking for a traditional hotel experience there is not always an employee at the front desk so assist if anything is needed. We were okay with this as it made the hotel feel much more relaxed but those looking to have an employee available at all hours of the day may not like that.

Horrible for the price of a luxury room. I would give zero stars if possible… - The floor sticks to the shoes, - toilet dirty, - door handles have darker gray color instead of silver, - extremely hot in the room - temperature was set to 30* and it is top summer time, - … and on top of all was the smell; the smell of toilet mixed with somthing else - had to open windows and take a walk for at least 1 hour. Looks like the cleaning staff is on vacation for ages in this hotel, or the management does not care about it. I was late in the night and needed a place to sleep but I guess it is better sleeping in your car.
