We had a fantastic stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. Staff are very friendly. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly with genuine smiles and made the check-in quick and smooth, even offering a complimentary welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Another great feature is the availability of an EV charger, which made things super convenient for us. Overall, its a great family-friendly hotel and highly recommended.

I have to be honest, I sometimes feel a bit out of place in very high-class hotels. But from the second we arrived at Birkin International, the staff made us feel sincerely welcomed. Their hospitality is just on another level. I was so impressed when a staff member personally guided us from the entrance all the way to our room and had our bags brought up for us. It’s a level of care I haven't seen anywhere else. Our room was fantastic—perfectly clean, tidy, and my wife was so happy with it. Even the little things, like having glass bottles for water, show how much thought they put into the guest experience. The feeling of this hotel is hard to capture. It's luxurious, but in a very calm and humble way. The furniture, the lights, the quiet atmosphere... it all just feels right. You won't regret your time or money here. It was a truly wonderful stay.
