We spent a weekend here for my wife's birthday. Everything about our stay was fabulous! Highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a boutique vibe for their stay. Special shout out to Zane (sp?) at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He provided an exceptional level of service that was really appreciated! Well done! We look forward to staying there again!
Book it! Location, positive vibes and rooftop pool! Walking distance to all the great spots in Toronto! I survived breast cancer and this was my celebration stay! The staff knew this and made it extremely special! If you want to feel like you are on vacation this is a must stay - book it. Thanks team at Bisha!
- nice interior - toiletries are perfumed with byredo bal d'afrique (smells good) - one staff member (indian, M) wasn't particularly helpful at the front desk and took quite long to check us in - wouldn't reccomend taking your family here - nice rooftop view - restaurant upstairs has a nice ambiance but the food isn't great. cool views of downtown TO in the early morning. - pricey; for the same price ritz carlton is always a better choice.
