From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay felt luxurious. The spa was a true highlight, beautifully designed and calming. The food was exceptional, especially the chicken dish on the evening menu, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection and high-quality ingredients. The service was faultless, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. We left feeling completely relaxed and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-end, restorative getaway.

Our booking was to celebrate a special birthday and enjoy some quality friendship time together. Everything was absolutely perfect from our beautiful garden room with the hot-tub, ( such a wonderful surprise.) right through to our very reluctant departure Every team came together to provide a 5 star experience from reception bar restaurant kitchen maintenance spa and support teams. Teamwork and attention to detail at its very best! Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a smile. We had a fantastic time during our stay. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and go above and beyond. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The thermal area was very nice, the outdoor pool was a bit too warm when we were there. It did get quite busy in the outdoor area and pool which meant it wasn’t super relaxing but we didn’t mind. The room was a good size and comfortable. Also family friendly which was a bonus!
