Stayed here multiple times and always had a good experience. Staff was incredibly helpful — especially Andreas, who has helped me on multiple occasions, as he always has a kind, accepting attitude. Would recommend for anyone looking to experience Belgian beauty. One evening they even had their special pink chef truck in the back and i was treated to some Belgian street food.
The atmosphere is very comfortable and enjoyable. Everything is beautiful and wonderful and makes you feel special. The management is excellent and the staff are kind. I am sure that I will visit it again and always.
Great stay! I spent one night at the hotel whilst in town for business. The team was friendly and my overall experience was great. I left an item in the room after check out and the staff were kind enough to organize international shipping. Thank you very much for your outstanding service.
