My dad and I booked two rooms in July for 2 nights and were so impressed! The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were lovely, and all the food we had was brilliant too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We're returning in August!
This is a fabulous place, the staff are so nice, food is really good and the room we had(30)was beautiful. A large room with 4 poster and fabulous new bathroom. It is very close to the castle and you will be given free car parking just the other side of the castle. This is the best hotel we stayed at in a few years. We can't wait to come back, even though its a 200+ mile drive. Great value for money!
Great hotel, was surprised at how big it was. We were out at the back area, beautiful modern rooms, with everything you needed. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Thexsraff were all friendly and helpful. The bar was a beautiful old unspoilt area, warm and welcoming with a great range of beers. We didn't have food there but the menu was your normal pub classics and the meals looked lovely. Will definitely stay again of ever up that way.
