Black Bull Inn

We tried to book online but weren’t successful, so we decided to walk in—and luckily, we got a table for two. The table was reserved later for 5 PM, so the timing worked out perfectly. My husband had the Sunday roast beef, and I ordered the sea bass. We both really enjoyed our meals! We’ll definitely be back to try other dishes. The service was excellent. Even though it was busy when we arrived, a friendly staff member from the bar accommodated us and even took our order himself. The manager was lovely as well—she came over for a nice chat with us. A great experience overall!

We all had a lovely meal and desserts. All the meals were good quality and well sized. Staff were nice and friendly. Also felt good value for money and will definitely return when back in the area.

Stopped by for a drink on a Saturday and decided to eat on the Sunday evening. Good menu, local produce, generous servings - next level up on most pubs. Great value. Friendly, quick service. Always busy, so booking advised.
