I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The reception check-in was pleasant and efficient. My room was very fine with a comfortable bed and it was quiet also the smart TV was high quality and has YouTube to watch. Bathroom is good with strong water pressure for showering. Breakfast tasted good and has a wide variety. There’s an indoor pool so I wish I had brought my bathing suit.
Room was nice although there were some minor inconveniences: tv did not work, would not turn on at all and after telling reception about it nothing was done so we ended up with no tv at all for the whole stay. The bathroom door would not close properly and also the shower door was a bot askew. The spa we used it only once, swimming pool was amazing and super warm, jacuzzi unfortunately not and was not working properly. Sauna was very very hot, one of the hottest i have ever been to, which was good. Did not have breakfast, which was also included. Overall the hotel is nice, could use some improvement.
The location is good and rooms are nice. Our room had an extra pull out single sofa so the three of us could share one room. The sink in our bathroom was leaking and even after telling the reception 3x, it never got fixed so the floor and towels got wet. The jacuzzi wasn't warm although the pool was good. The steam room wasn't on when I tried to use it. Overall okay. Breakfast was very good and abundant.
