Highly recommended! Black Horse quickly became my go-to place in Addis. Top hygiene, great food, extremely comfortable, ideal location and the kindest staff you’ll find anywhere. From housekeeping to top management, everyone is beyond welcoming and friendly. I originally came to Addis for work and planned to stay just a couple of weeks while apartment hunting and ended up staying the whole year here. My room was upgraded for absolutely free and I was treated like family the whole time. PS the SPA is a must try experience! Cant recommend Black Horse enough.
The hotel is beautiful and the place is very good. All services are around you. The staff are cooperative and kind. I will come back again ❤️❤️
Their wifi was not working. But when I notified, the whole crues jumped into action to fix it. Something happened in neighbourhood which cause the Wifi not to work. Desk associate n cafeteria associate was very good. Very helpful They provided more stuffs quickly upon request. Enjoyed my 12 hours stay here
