Top hotel in a good location in Cologne. Huge room and the bathtub on the mezzanine is an absolute highlight. Bed is excellent, room clean and service very friendly. 100% recommendable

Very nice staff. The rooms a spacious and nicely furnished, but for my taste to little light in the bathroom. The rooms could be a little more cozy, little carpet for example, lamps for cozy light.. The idea is great, the lobby comfortable and beautiful, but somehow the room we had lacked atmosphere. We were welcomed very friendly in the morning, got incredibly delicious croissants and coffee! All in all a nice stay!

Absolutely not a 4-star experience. The room was dusty, the air conditioner barely worked, and cleanliness was highly questionable. The worst part water was literally dripping from the ceiling near what looked like a fire alarm or sprinkler. No staff present in the evening, no food, no bar. Surroundings dead quiet, not a single person in sight after dark. Breakfast? 6 guests, only 10 seats available for a hotel that claims to have 27+ rooms. The building is in poor shape. See attached photos: broken fixtures, dirty surfaces, exposed ceiling panels in the hallways, and a general lack of care. Doors in the room had sagged so badly that you needed to lift them by hand to close them. Corridors are dark, hot, and claustrophobic no ventilation at all. The photos online are misleading. This place looks luxurious until you check in. If you care about hygiene, safety, or even a functioning hotel look elsewhere. I sincerely hope the management reads this and takes it seriously, or a new owner will come and finally show how it's done.
