I recently stayed in this hotel, I booked a family room, overall it's okay for your stay, this place is far from centre, and taxi charges are expansive, most important the staff is not English language friendly, I face a lot of issue due to the language .... In my booking there was a cot option for free but hotel staff refused to give one bcz they said we don't have one, so I bought one extra single bed for our 2 years old ...
Worst hotel .. can anyone report this hotel to authorities!? It seems shady. I’ve been there and one of the night mare 🤦🤦🤦
SCAM ALERT! BEWARE. I booked this hotel through Booking.com (non-refundable). When I arrived on the property, they told me they are full. I had to cover the costs of transport and new hotel, which was obviously more expensive. Then, days later they changed my reservation date through Booking and charged me again? This is a common scam, please watch out.
