Very nice motel units. Very clean and very comfortable. A little away from town but everyone has a vehicle. Owners are also fantastic. highly recommended. Would 100% stay here again.
Our Air B&B accommodation was cancelled three hours before checking in over Matariki weekend. Well... boy am I glad it was otherwise we would never have found this gem of a place in Geraldine! Firstly, the owners are so friendly and welcoming - we were made to feel right at home. Secondly, the units are so lovely! Very private, VERY clean! The bed and recliner chairs are super comfy! The shower is super powerful! Best of all, it cost $200 less than the Air B&B that we were originally going to be staying.... We will definitely stay here when we return in the future. Thank you!
We had an amazing stay at Black on Grey Motel. We were greeted by the owner on our arrival who was extremely welcoming. We were shown to our unit & were told how everything worked. We were told about the local restaurants & had a lovely meal at House of Hop. The cabin was warm, cosy & immaculately clean. We even had a lovely visit from the resident kitty cat. Loved this place & would love to stay again.
