This place was remodeled in April 2016. The lobby is on the 7th floor with hotel taking the top 3 floors. Bathrooms are marble tile, good shower pressure, and hot water. Best shower I've had in Ukraine. Room is pretty big, I had 2 twin beds. Has a reasonable minibar. Room was a bit cold. Breakfast is ok, for 190 uah. It is convenient, but if you want to explore, go for it. Restaurant otherwise seemed to be closed in November. Very good price for what is genuinely a 4 star hotel.
Good location. Big room. That's where the positives end. - quite expensive for what you get - cigarettes smell in the rooms ( although is non smoking) - quite bad breakfast with very aggressive personal ( we wanted coffee, first time they wanted to charge us. Next time they refused to make it ... WTF)
Terrible!!! Incredibly rude manager, there is no breakfast available while it's written everywhere on the web. They charge the use of the gym extra while it is listed under amenities next to the amenity "24hr font desk" (which is obviously free) while they are supposed to be a 4 star hotel.
