Black Swan Lakeside Boutique Hotel

I absolutely loved my stay. I wanted a relaxed, quiet weekend to decompress and I found the perfect place for that. The staff were so sweet, kind, attentive! I felt pampered like never before. The location is gorgeous. By the lake, surrounded by nature. Privacy above all. Simply the best stay. I feel rejuvenated and ready for another busy week at work. Thanks so much!

It's a beautiful property in a spectacular location Views are stunning. They seem to have stayed up with most of the maintenance on the property, which I'm sure is difficult. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, multiple in-room coffee choices, good betting, clean bathroom. And seem to have been recently renovated. The manager was exceptional. Abigail responded immediately to every concern that I had. Not sure why she is only" acting" manager. Never saw anyone from management other than Abigail. Hot tubs were a nice treat after our daily long walks. We ate in the restaurant one night. The food was very good, but probably overpriced. We ate in town for half the cost. If it was spectacular I would say great, but it wasn't really unusual. Nice breakfast in the morning and they catered to your custom wishes. Staff seemed very pleasant. We had a nice stay and would come back

This hotel is stunning and a sanctuary hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Rotorua. From the moment you drive through the tunnel of trees, it feels like your own private getaway. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the grounds are beautiful with gorgeous lake views and black swans all over. We are so glad we made a stop here and would definitely return
