Just stayed here had to rush off this morning so didn’t get chance to say bye but the owners were very nice. The room is very clean but basic a bedside cabinet and lamp would have been a nice touch but the bed was very comfy I had the best sleep both nights which is rare for me. The owners warmed the room before arrival and the breakfast was amazing really enjoyed it. The owner Sam has not long taken over and seems like a lovely man and has nice chats with customers. I would defo stay again here if just a few small upgrades were added to the room to put my drink and phone on but overall had a lovely stay here :-)

Fantastic experience! From the greeting to the relaxing sleep, I greatly enjoyed staying here & would book this hotel first, above any other, when I go to Blackpool again. Very clean, warm, welcoming & the perfect facilities. I had a brilliant night's sleep & didn't want to get up! The bed is comfy, the sheets are spotlessly white & the shower was lovely & hot. 10 out of 10!

Just had a quick 1 nighter stay over here and too be fair overall I would recommend. The best bits first, the location is bang on and where you want to be whether your after the pubs and clubs or blackpools many attractions and arcades located down on the seafront. We were at the winter gardens last night which is under a 10 min walk. The super king size bed in the room was amazing, so big I could starfish and still didn't manage to kick the Mrs out the bed! The bathroom was lovely as well and for just over £50 for a Saturday night was top value. The bad bits, the actual bedroom furnishings, wallpaper etc have definitely seen better days and the wife found a big crispy bogey stuck to the wall and there was no headboard just random red paint markings on the wall. The breakfast was OK to be fair but at £17 for 2 people I found it to be very poor value for money and had I known there was a greggs across the road then I wouldn't have bothered! All in all though a decent spot especially location wise, just needs sprucing up a bit, lick of paint here and there and bogeys removing off the wall! I tell you what pal, god I don't know how to treat my better half, she's got it good 😉
