Blanca Hotel

I stayed here as a tourist through Rainbow Tours. It is a very nice hotel with clean rooms. The service is good but you may struggle communicating if you are an English speaker. The food was very good with most meals being a buffet style. The vegetarians in our group found plenty of options. As a tourist, I did not like the location because it did not have any shopping or sights within walking distance. Our guide said not to wander around at night due to safety concerns. Overall it was a nice place to stay

Bad review. Overall it was a good trip, staff were very friendly, very helpful & the service was good too. The rooms were lovely, nice clean & tidy. Hotel itself is nice, it was my first time coming here, and will be the last. Reason being the staff were not clear on the laundry, I asked a staff what price is it for laundry & he said I don’t know. When we gave the clothes for laundry, they came back with a massive bill. Afterwards got told we charge clothing per item. They was not clear, so that’s why I will not be returning back! & will be loading it on TikTok too, for everyone to know this.

SCAMMERS!! BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!! I asked them for an iron and an ironing table to take care of my clothes and they said “we don’t have an iron. Please give us your clothes and we will iron them for you” The clothes came back half wrinkled, shirt collars twisted, and with a HEAVY smell of cigarettes 🚬, I went to the reception to complain but they didn’t do anything Even more, at check out they asked for 650 TL (18$) for the ironing, even though I didn’t want it I t he first place and they didn’t mention any charge when they offered the service to me. They actually made it sound like they were doing me a favor!! When I protested, the receptionist (blonde lady) started aggressively telling me it’s not her job to worry about laundry, and that I (the guest) should go speak to the laundry people myself!! Other than that, below average rooms, below average breakfast, and terrible pillows (rooms are clean though). Location is also away from everything Bottom line: Spend your money elsewhere. This place is a SCAM
