Absolutely wonderful. So tranquil and relaxing. The Staff were fantastic - Carlota was so very helpful and welcomed us to the Hotel with genuine kindness. All the Restaurant Staff wer so helpful, polite and concerned that all was well with the food. The Spa staff were so helpful and friendly. All round a fabulous experience
A truly relaxing weekend! We stayed at the grand hotel! A spectacular resort, not a single detail missed, and incredibly clean! Both the Royal Spa and Aquaxana are incredible! We've never visited such a large and lovingly maintained spa! We'll be back in winter because being there at night must be spectacular! The attention from the entire staff was 10/10! Can't wait to go back!
