Hotel in a very good location, very close to the beach. Rooms large, clean. Food very good. Service very helpful especially the reception staff. We will definitely come back

We just returned from a week's stay and would definitely return. We loved Blanes and the hotel is in a good location. The rooms could do with a upgrade as a little dated and possibly a fridge and tea making facilities would have been beneficial. The entertainment offered is fabulous and I have to give a special shout out to Alex and Lucia as they are simply wonderful and brilliant at their jobs and all the children loved them. Activities throughout the day and kids club plus kids disco and then a different entertainment every night. We are not normally ones to just stay at the hotel and normally explore and go out - which we did but not as often as usual. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and different choice every lunch and evening - something for everyone. Mr Angel and Stuart were also very accommodating.

I've been staying for almost 7 days, loving the stay there. Super nice outside area, clean pool and nice bar area. But disappointed with the room cleaning service. Exactly 7 days without even cleaning the bathroom floor, much less the toilet and bathtub, the balcony and the bedroom floor were poorly cleaned, I recorded and showed the service they had provided to reception, they were asked to come back to clean and the same was done (nothing well done). Super uncomfortable having a hotel room with 3 kids for 7 days with dirt. Other than that, a great location. (bed they made.)
