We stayed at Bliss for a week and it exceeded our expectations. It’s a one minute walk from a beautiful beach with a restaurant and pool access. The food was great including the breakfast buffet, the staff is well trained and friendly (though some have limited English). Phu quoc sailing club is a minute walk and the area at the moment is very quiet and relaxed. Some noisy guests down the hall but otherwise no problems. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t need the frills of the nearby 4/5 star hotels.
A beautiful complex of same hotels with mutual amazing 3 pools. Rooms was totally new and clean. We had a problem with water drainage in the shower that was fixed immediately l. The only minus that the water in the shower wasn't hot (just a a bit warm) There is no breakfast on site and the around close restaurants wasn't wow. The pool is amazing. Take your towels with you to the pool, otherwise you can pay and borrow.
Clean room would rate a 4 but the staff were not very friendly, quite hostile and unhelpful which has put my rating at a 2. We would definitely not use this hotel again.
