Bliss Hotéis Bella Vista

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, had a great stay, the views were amazing, I have been all over buzius and the views here are among the best in the whole town. Highly recommend a stay here

We had the best room of this Pousada. Pro: Seaview, Free street parking everywhere. Friendly Reception. Free breakfast. Outdoor pool. Cons: No room cleaning unless you tip well then they would ask if u want cleaning everyday. Wifi no connection unless close to the front desk. For the best room I expect a TV bigger then 16 inch and only 3 channels on antenna. Overall it is an okay hotel. It need room renovation badly. I cannot imagine how other room look.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They put me in a room below the category I'd paid for. The room was under the water pump, which would go off every 2 seconds - very noisy including during the night. I paid for balcony and sea views and all I had was a dark, damp, noisy room. Asked to change rooms and nobody ever got back to me with an answer. Unhelpful staff, less than basic breakfast (which was always late by the way). I left earlier and am now claiming a refund and telling them they shouldn't advertise rooms the way they do, because it's NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. They have been IGNORING me for 2 weeks now.
