Bliss Surfer Bali by Tritama Hospitality

The *room* was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The *staff* were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The *breakfast* was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I would *highly recommend* this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Overall, it is a nice stay. with friendly and attentive staff. I even got upgraded, which was a nice surprise! They have Chinese group and my breakfast was among Indians. However, one thing that didn't live up to the hype was the cable TV in my suite - despite being advertised, it didn't work. I mentioned it to the staff, and while they were quick to respond, they didn't manage to fix the issue. Mentioned to at least give me an update if its doable or not, but nada untill my check out date. So, I ended up entertaining myself with movies on my flash drive and reading on my phone instead. Waiting without updates can be frustrating for hotel guests, regardless of the request type.

This our second time at Bliss surfer hotel. A lot of improvements have been done since our last visit. And they are doing more improvements now. There are only two things that can be improved. One is the shower heads, gunked up and water doesn't flow properly. The other thing is the TOASTER ....it doesn't work very well. Come on managment, with the guest's staying here you must be able to buy a new one. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.
