The rooms are neat and clean, the service in the rooms is excellent, it would be good if room service and restaurant service could be separated for evaluation. For room service 5 stars for restaurant service two stars. Sometimes you have to wait up to 30 minutes for the waiter to come to serve you, even though he is not busy, but you see him with his back to you, busy with his phone or talking to his colleagues and not paying attention to the guests.

Everything was good, but one thing was a bit annoying, the hotel’s generator is located on the side of my room.

If you have asthma, allergies, or any sensitivity to strong scents, stay away from this hotel. The moment I entered the room, I was hit with an extremely strong perfume or air freshener smell that was nearly unbearable. It didn’t fade with time — if anything, it got worse overnight. I woke up at 4:30 a.m. coughing severely which hasn’t happened to me in years. I have asthma, and clearly, this environment is not safe or healthy for people with respiratory conditions. the staff didn’t seem to understand or care about the severity of the situation. Hotels should not mask poor air quality with overpowering fragrances. Clean air is a basic expectation, especially for people with health conditions. Avoid bloom Hotel if you value your health.
