Bloom Mississauga Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We recently stayed at Bloom Mississauga for two nights with our family. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt bright, clean, and welcoming. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours splashing around. It truly made their trip. Breakfast each morning was wonderful with a great selection of fresh options that pleased everyone. It was such a nice way to start the day without any hassle. I also want to give a special mention to Roxanne. She was fantastic throughout our stay. Always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her warm energy really stood out and made us feel cared for. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. It is a perfect spot for families looking for comfort, good amenities, and genuinely kind staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The property feels very new and well-maintained, with modern décor and a fresh, clean atmosphere throughout. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out — always polite, professional, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The service was top-notch, and every detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, friendly team, and overall excellent experience.

We booked this hotel because of the price -all other hotels in Toronto were outrageously expensive. The downsides have already been mentioned by previous reviewers. Yes, it's located near a transportation hub and the airport, and while I personally only heard the airplanes, I was still able to sleep. Additionally, I would like to offer the management a piece of advice. We stayed in the suite and I noticed that the water temperature in the shower didn’t get as hot as in the adjacent sink. The water got very warm, but unfortunately not hot (unlike in every other hotel during our 15-day trip through Canada). A proper hot shower was not possible. I had to stand my ground with two staff members before they acknowledged my justified complaint — although in my opinion, it wasn’t very difficult to understand. I have the impression that this issue will be ignored after our departure. Another problem is a loud air conditioning or ventilation unit at the end of the hallway, in close proximity to the suite. Any responsible person should immediately realize that this level of noise, especially the repetitive clattering sounds, cannot be in the interest of guest satisfaction. That being said, I can recommend the suite, but not the shower -and not the hotel (unless you end up like us and you save tons of money).
