Bloom Tulum Apartments by Marriott

This aparthotel exceeded all our expectations. It’s modern, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay — always ready to assist with anything we needed. We really appreciated the underground parking, which was convenient. The facilities in the apartment were top-notch, making it perfect for both short and long stays. Despite some construction in the surrounding area, the location felt completely safe and was remarkably quiet — we had no issues with noise at all. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Bloom is a beautiful property, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The additional guest fees should be clearly stated on the website to avoid unexpected charges at check-in. The check-in and check-out process took about 40 minutes, which could be streamlined. We also experienced nightly beeping from the smoke detectors around 3 a.m., and there was a power outage during one night of our stay. If these issues are addressed, I would absolutely consider staying here again when visiting Tulum.
