Blossom Hotel Houston Curio Collection by Hilton

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel, especially the staff! My husband and I came for a long weekend, and we arrived about an hour before check-in. We were told our room was not ready yet, so they upgraded us to one that was, even though we were early and would have been okay with waiting until 4:00 for our room. The shuttle and drivers were also incredible and it was such a nice touch since there is not much within walking distance of the hotel. The pool was relaxing and provided a great view of the city, and a break from the summer heat. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Houston!

We visited Houston for a family reunion and arrived on a charter bus - thank goodness because parking is $50 per night. Check-in was simple, Marvin at the front desk was awesome! The room was as expected, nothing fancy, but it was clean and well stocked! We were there for four nights, and our room was only serviced once, which I had to call to the front desk and ask to have done. The view from the roof top pool was amazing, a few nights our kids were there until it closed at 10pm. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!!!

The hotel is very nice, very luxurious, I loved it. Valet parking was expensive, but the staff was very attentive. The only thing I have a complaint about is the service in the room. There was no coffee or creamer, and sometimes there were no towels or toilet paper. The housekeeping manager needs to improve this service. The maids were very attentive. The pool was lacking security because there were people drinking alcohol from glass bottles. They need to significantly improve their customer service.
