All around good but receptionist was always rude. Asked if they could arrange a taxi. No. Call yourself. Also tried to charge double outlet room service fee for bar drinks. Seemed intentional

Two stars is generous. This place is a masterclass in how not to run a hotel. 1. Arrived at 12:00, asked about early check-in. “No, but we’ll call you around 1 PM when the room is ready.” Great — we went to explore the island. Came back at 6 PM… still no call. Spoiler: they never even tried. 2. Called reception for help with luggage. The response? “There is no one at the moment.” Translation: Carry it yourself, peasant. 3. Reception is like a street market without the charm — guests crammed together, arguing over who’s first, while the staff helps whoever they feel like. 4. Tried to get a taxi for a ferry to Corsica. Receptionist Eleonora (remember this name) slides me a card for a taxi company like she’s dealing poker. I call — no cars. I go back for help, she tells me to wait… then calls another guest instead. Even the other guest looked confused, like “Aren’t you going to finish with them?” Result: we missed our ferry and had to book a later one. Bravo. If you enjoy being ignored, watching chaos unfold in real time, and feeling like an inconvenience to the people you’re paying, this is your dream destination. For the rest of us: pick literally anywhere else. P.S. The room? Fine — if you’re into dated bathrooms, weak water pressure, and cheap shower gel glued to the wall. Felt just like a budget NYC motel, minus the personality. Location is the only decent thing — close to the beach and boat rentals — which is probably why they’re still in business.

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT stay at this hotel. Me and my fiancé had been traveling in all of Sardegna and met lovely hotel staff and hotel complexes. Beautiful ones and we ended our trip with 2 nights at Blu Laconia in Cannigione and we regret it. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by a rude and nonchalant receptionist Elenora (some people should not work in service because this is by far the worst welcome in the world we have had). We were told that our room was not ready yet which we ofcourse understood. We asked for towels so we could go down to the beach that we had prepaid for (beach service as it was called). The towels were 6 euros each but we paid. The beach was not even a beach. Just a overly crowded place with again a nonchalant member of staff, lifeguard. Because the beach, if I even can call it a beach, we’re so crowded and dirty we went to the pool and once again met by a rude member of staff that told os in order to use the pool we needed to go to the reception to buy batching caps because we were not allowed to bath without caps. The caps was 4 euros each. When our room was ready we went down to the reception for our keys. We were then told to pay city tax which is normal, but then aswell a servicefee of 30 euros (for 2 nights). This was a fee to cover use of pools and beach (note that we had already prepaid their ”beach service” for 40 euros in advance). When we sat us down for some breakfast in the restaurant we were told that the tables was reserved (pre booked) so there were no tables to eat breakfast. I have never in my life been to a hotel where it’s possible to book breakfast table for a whole week or longer (the sign on each table said from start date to end date). If your staying at this hotel, either take your own breakfast with you or eat somewhere else. When we arrived at the room was small, not clean and overpriced. In comparison we had just stayed at a 4 star resort with seaview and 3x the size of the room vi got att Blu. The hotel establishment is old and shabby. The rooms was full of sand when we arrived and the bathroom was moldy. As I said in the beginning. I sincerely ask you to not visit this hotel as it is a total and awful disaster.
