It has been a great experience overall, the staff are pleasant and the rooms are well taken care of and the amenities are sufficient.. The restaurant integrated with the hotel is a very welcome addition.
This hotel was decent overall, a little out of the way from the downtown area but the price was right(especially since we unintentionally went to Turin on a big event weekend). The rooms were fairly clean, staff was friendly.
Wasn't a great experience. Rooms are average. Air conditioning wasn't working. Restaurant in hotel had limited hours of availability. Must be the policy thing, otherwise staff was nice and polite in denying the availability of services 😞
